🌐 HI, I’m Elena, your dedicated State Farm Agent serving Medford and all of Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We're also licensed to offer insurance in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania! As seasons change, so do your insurance needs, and we're here to help. Whether you need Renters Insurance for your cozy space, Auto Insurance for your road trips, or Life Insurance, we've got you covered. We also provide personalized coverage for homes and small businesses, plus assistance with Financial Services and insurance transfers if you're new to the area.

Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, traveling, pickleball and spending time with my family. I also love volunteering in the community. We speak Spanish, Russian and Ukranian to ensure effective communication for everyone. I look forward to meeting you when you visit or call!

🌐 KEY REQUIREMENTS (mandatory)
o   Candidates with a license are preferred. If you do not have a license, you must be willing to obtain one.
License (preferred): Life and Health Insurance License or Property and Casualty License
o   Average income: $5,000 – $10,000
o   Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York time)
o   Work visas are not provided
o   Must be physically located in the USA (any state except Florida)
o   Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
o   Candidates without current appointments are welcome
o   Sales experience and willingness to actively sell

Languages (at least two required):
• English + Russian
• English + Spanish
• English + Russian + Spanish

Geography:
• Must be physically located in the USA
 

🚀 Responsibilities
• Sell insurance products (incoming warm and new leads)
 • Work with an existing client base (2000+ contacts) and new incoming clients
 • Attract new clients
 • Conduct consultations and recommend solutions
 • Perform policy reviews
 • Close deals and meet sales targets
 • Build long-term client relationships

🕐 Working Schedule
• Full-time
 • Monday–Friday
 • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York time)
 • Fully remote

💰 Compensation
• $50,000 – $100,000 per year top sales agents earn $10,000+ per month
